No Rest for the Wicca - Toni LoTempio
In Wicca, rituals are ceremonies which celebrate and strengthen our relationships with the Goddess, the God and the Earth. - Scott Cunningham

Morgan Hawkes, half-Wiccan, is an investigator for the Paranormal Investigation Squad. she is used to dealing with ghosts and demons and exorcising them. when a number of pure blood witches end up dead in the hands of a serial killer, Morgan's talents are sought by the Special Forces Agency and she teams up with Cole St. John, an Inheritor Vampire. together, they must find the murderer, stop the killings and ultimately save the world from the threat of an evil force.
there is so much about this book that is fun, delightful and enjoyable. the first is heroine Morgan Hawkes. she is strong, feisty, sexy and all woman. despite the hazards of her job and the toil it demands on her, she never backs down from a fight or challenge. she knows her limits but this does not stop her from putting up a good fight to do her duty and protect her loved ones. her mouth is quite a handful or should i say mouthful when she speaks her mind. her dialogs with her colleagues, her cousin Xia and especially with her partner Cole are some of the best i have ever read in a long time.
the second one is the information i gathered about Wicca and voodoo that clarified a lot of things and made me look at both in a different light.
the third would be the whole book itself - from the setting, characters to the plot. author Toni LoTempio has written a fast-paced book with a blend of the paranormal, romance, action, humor and suspense. everything just fit together and made it worth my while.
i really had such a great time with No Rest For The Wicca and i hope you will too.
